candor, thought-provoking questions, engaging dialogue and commitment to his
clients are key to his success. He helps clients build better teams, develop
deeper levels of trust, resolve conflict, implement cultural values and mission
statements, create strategic plans, find solutions to seemingly intractable
problems, and coaches them to lead and act in accordance with stated principles
and vision.
